Thankful Thursday Party – August

Thankful Thursday Party – August

It’s that time again! Time for the monthly #ThankfulThursdayParty link up! This month I have been thankful for a lot of things. It really was hard to pick just one for the link up. But I have decided to talk about my health. Lately I’ve been making a point to be more active. I’ve been saying I need to get back into shape since… well since we got married. But lately, I have actually been serious about it. I’ve been running, biking and doing blogilates!
This got me thinking about how wonderful it is that I can do these things. I haven’t done much exercising in months, but when I went to run the other day, I didn’t die! Granted, I ran/walked about a mile and a half in 20 minutes, but nothing hurt more than it should have and I made it through the whole 20 minute goal. And I felt great!
I have talked about being thankful for my health before, but I wanted to reiterate it because I know there are so many people out there who are not as fortunate in this area. So today I am thankful for my health. I am thankful I am able to do what I want to do and to work up to where I want to be with my running with no serious issues. I am thankful I do not have extensive doctor bills and I don’t fear for my life because of an illness or injury.

What are you thankful for this month? Link up below!
