#ThankfulProject: Something About Your Significant Other

Joining the Thankful Project Linkup again today! You can read my other #ThankfulProject posts here.

Today’s prompt: Something about your Significant Other.

Warning: This post will be sappy. I am bragging about my husband. Feel free to stop reading if you don’t want to hear it. Don’t say I didn’t warn you 😉

There is so much about Pearson that I am thankful for, it was hard to pick just one thing. So I decided to go with something that I think includes everything.
I am thankful for Pearson’s unconditional love & care for me!
This encompasses almost everything about Pearson that I am thankful for because this is the reason why he is so great! He chooses to love me and show that to me every day whether I deserve it or not.
Because Pearson loves me unconditionally, he…
Asks me if I slept well every morning because he genuinely cares!
Asks how my day was when he gets home every day!
Really tries to understand me when I am emotional instead of just giving up.
Appreciates my domestic skills and always tells me how good dinner was or how he loves our apartment.
Always offers to do things for me. He knows I can do them, but he doesn’t want me to have to.
Doesn’t hold a grudge and when he does get mad at me, he gets over it so fast!
Pearson truly spends his days trying to love me as Christ loved the church. This is no easy task in general for a mere man to do and I know it must be even harder when I am irritable or unhappy. But he tries anyway. And I’d say he is pretty good at it! [Sorry ladies, he’s mine!]
I am so truly blessed to be married to this fantastic man!
What about your significant other or best friend are you thankful for?
Thanks for reading!
