My Personal Goals for June

My Personal Goals for June

Can you believe it’s already June?! After this month, we will officially be half way done with 2014! What? No way! As you know, I’ve been keeping up with some monthly personal goals and the time has come for me to share with the world my few readers how I did last month and what my goals are for this month.

So here’s how I did…

  1. Do something active at least 6 days per week. CHECK. Well, for the most part. I slacked a little during the week I stayed with my parents when I went to Georgia for work.
  2. Eat healthy and don’t drink any soda. Almost CHECK. I only had soda when I was in Georgia and sometimes when I went out to eat. But never at home.
  3. Keep track of our finances on Mint.com CHECK
  4. Read scripture every day and pray all the time. FAIL. I don’t know why I fall out of this habit so easily. Especially the reading part. No more excuses! This month, I will succeed!
  5. Decorate the guest room. CHECK. Our printer was still giving us trouble up until this week so I rushed around and got it all done in the last few days so I could say it was done in this post. See? The accountability thing sometimes works.

  6. Set aside time for blogging and stick to it. Mostly CHECK. There were a few times where I got myself into a situation where I needed to blog when I didn’t want to, but usually I did well on this.
  7. Finish 2 books. And CHECK!
For June, I’m keeping all the same goals (except the decorating one because it’s done!).
What are your goals for this month?
Thanks for reading!
