Personal Goals for May

I am starting fresh on my personal goals this month. I’ve kinda neglected them in the last couple months so a fresh start is in order.

Spiritual:
I’m gonna spend time with God for 15 minutes everyday as an attempt to be still and feel his presence. I will spend this time reading scripture, praying, and any other way.

Physical:
I’m going to do some kind of cardio every week day whether it’s swimming, running, the elliptical or a stationary bike. I don’t want to confine myself to a strict Couch to 5K program. I just want to do whatever I feel like doing that day. I did some pool running yesterday and I really enjoyed it!

I am also going to do Blogilates at least 4 days per week. I’ll follow the May calendar.

Mental:
I will finish reading Little Women and finish my next book too. I haven’t decided what I’m going to read next but I have to finish it along with Little Women in May.
