Today is my wonderful husband’s birthday. And today’s #LoveBlog2017 prompt is “Wishes.” (Click here for a list of all the prompts). I thought writing out some birthday wishes I have for him would be perfect!

Dear Pearson,

My wish for you is that your life becomes all that you want it to… Okay, I couldn’t help it. That song has been stuck in my head for days while writing this letter. Now back to seriousness.

My wish for you is…

That I can continue to give you the life you want.

That people are always drawn to you and your personality.

That you will always be able to goof off and never be so stressed that you can’t enjoy life.

That you always keep that joy of a child where you get super excited about anything and everything.

That you find a band to be a part of someday and you always have people to jam with. Oh and that you always love and are as good at guitar and music as you are right now.

That you never stop giving the best kisses ever.

That you find a job that you truly love once you’re done with this PhD (In December of this year!!!).

That you gain your love for science back.

That I can always make you happy and take care of you all my days.

That you never lose your sense of wonder and thirst for knowledge.

That you’re always as adventurous as you are right now and you never stop dreaming of our future.

That you remain in good health all your days and die at a peaceful old age with no regrets in life.

That you never care what others think of you and never compare yourself to others.

That you never doubt that you are perfect for me and that I love you with all my heart.

That the Falcons win the Super Bowl and the Hurricanes win the National Championship in the same year!

That you have an excellent birthday today!
